iStation testing information

Your school counselor, Gabrielle Anzures is also your school testing coordinator.  iStation testing will start school wide on Monday, September 2nd.  Each teacher will give their class personal guidance and expectations with iStation.  I want parents to know that this test is adaptive and designed so that it gets progressively harder or easier so that we can get a baseline for where your student's learning level is.  It is possible for students to be asked questions on content that they haven't been taught.  iStation is not a typical test, it is ok for students to guess, and this test is not a graded test.  Parents, please make sure you are not helping your student with answers, just redirect them to do their best.  Also, do your best to ensure that they have a quiet testing area and that they are not accessing any websites while testing or using calculators.  If you have questions about testing, please email me at or contact their teacher.
